Introduction to Headstands and its Transitions

Do you want to go upside down but don’t know where to start?
Headstand - traditionally considered the king of yoga poses - is often thought of as intimidating and out of reach by a lot of students, especially when offered by a teacher during a fast-paced vinyasa class (don’t worry, we’ve all been there!).
In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of headstand and have time and space to explore the pose itself as well as a number of variations and transitions into and out of the pose. Taking our time, we will build headstand step by step, giving you the stability and confidence to practice this pose in regular classes.
This workshop will be great for students who are new or newer to inversions, as well as those who are looking to practice headstand variations and transitions frequently found in classes such as rocket!
