At Milo and the Bull we have a simple, honest and holistic approach to health and fitness.

To achieve any fitness goal, the simple truth is that it takes consistent hard work and effort, and this is exactly what we require from you! However, we believe that all this hard work should not be to the detriment of your health.

Our aim is to build you, not break you! We feel that our innovative low impact rowing classes not only make the hard work fun and exciting, but when combined with our yoga and Pilates program, we really do provide everything you need to revel in your journey to improve your health and fitness!
