FAQs

First timers

All our classes are adaptable to all levels. We advise that all first-timers arrive 15 minutes early for their first class. If you feel like you need some extra guidance then please feel free to ask any of our instructors.

Please note you will be refused entry to class if you arrive late.

What do I need to bring to a Milo class?

We advise members to wear suitable sportswear and trainers, bring a water bottle and a sweat towel, and arrive at least 5 minutes early to prepare for the class. All equipment is provided.

What is the Milo and the Bull cancellation policy?

We operate a 10-hour cancellation policy. This policy is in respect of your fellow members. If you do not cancel your spot outside of this 10-hour window or miss the class entirely, you are eligible to pay the cancellation fee of £10. Please note if you are on a class pack or membership, you will also lose a session from your total classes.

We operate a £15 no-show fee. If you fail to show up to class you will be eligible to pay a £15 NO SHOW Fee.

Our Waitlists Explained

All our studios operate with a waitlist option for bookings.

When a class is full clients have the option to add themselves to a waitlist. The waitlist will close two hours prior to class start time.

Within two hours of the class start time clients can no longer add themselves to a waitlist and will not be added from the waitlist to the class.

Clients must accept that by adding themselves to a waitlist they are agreeing to attend the class should they be moved from the waitlist.

If the client does not attend the class after being moved from the waitlist, they are eligible to pay a ‘late cancel’ or 'no show' fee.

If clients are on the waitlist and no longer wish to attend the class they must cancel themselves from the waitlist at least 10 hours prior to the class, inline with our cancellation policy.

Do we have Showers?

Yes, we do! We also provide hair dryers, straighteners, and lockers in the changing facilities at all our studios.

What happens if I’m late to class?

We have strict rules in place on arriving on time to class for a number of reasons. Not only do we urge you to arrive on time for health and safety reasons, but also out of respect for your fellow class attendees. If you arrive late to class (any time after the instructor has started teaching) you will be asked to leave the class or wait for the next class (space permitting.)

Can I bring my dog to Milo and the Bull?

We love dogs at Milo and the Bull and you will often see dogs at our studios. However, please be aware that we do have some rules in place.

1. Milo and the Bull is a dog-friendly business. No dogs or other pets are allowed in the training areas. This is any of the black rubber flooring, the sled track at London Bridge, and Studio 2 in Clapham.

3. Dogs must be on a lead, tied up, or contained (in a crate or bed) when they are on Milo and the Bull premises.

4. Whilst we love dogs, if dogs are not able to be left on their own quietly, without disturbing others, please leave them at home. If your dog is disturbing the class or other customers, then you may be asked to leave.

5. Please do not feed your dog at Milo and the Bull.

How do autopays on my membership work?

If you are on a monthly membership at Milo and the Bull, your autopay will come out once a month on your preferred date. This will then give you access to a month’s work of class bookings. Please note you won’t be able to book classes beyond your autopay each month.

If you would like to book classes ahead of each monthly payment, you can make your monthly membership payments in advance to access upcoming months. This can be done by emailing our team and can be done up to six months in advance.

Why are our spaces phone-free?

Being on your phone in class can be distracting for both you and fellow members, and we want everyone to be fully involved in the class. We ask members to avoid phone usage to ensure they won't miss valuable coaching cues and safety instructions from our coaches. Additionally, there are instances during our classes when your assistance might be needed to spot your training partner during their strength workouts or your engagement is needed to support other members working out.

Why choose Milo Memberships over ClassPass?

Did you know our Memberships allow you to book into classes up to two weeks in advance (vs. one week on ClassPass), we also have a 10-hour cancellation policy. (vs. 12 hours on ClassPass)

Do Personal Training Packs have an EXPIRY date?

All our PT Packs have a 3-month expiry date. If you do not use your PT sessions within this time you are not entitled to a refund or extention.

Do Membership Credits roll over?
