First timers

Welcome to Milo and the Bull. We have two studios with a mixture of classes. Studio 1 is our rowing and functional movement studio hitting cardio, strength and mobility. In studio 2 we have several different types of yoga and Pilates classes.

All our classes are adaptable to all levels. We advise for those who haven’t spent much time on a rowing machine to arrive 15 minutes before the class so the instructor can demonstrate the correct technique. If you feel like you need some extra guidance then please feel free to ask any of our instructors.

Please make note we may not allow members to enter class if you are late

What do I need to bring?

We advise members to wear suitable sportswear and trainers, bring a water bottle and arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the class. All equipment is provided so no need to bring your yoga mat.

Do we have Showers?

Yes we do! We have showers, hair dryers, straighteners and lockers in the changing facilities. You can get shower towels from reception in case you forget yours.

How far in advance can I book a class?

Classes open 14 days in advance, so you can pre-book into prime-time spots. Classpass users will be able to book in 7 days in advance.

What is the Milo and the Bull cancellation policy?

We operate a 6-hour cancellation policy. This policy is in respect of your fellow members. If you do not cancel your spot outside of this 6-hour window or miss the class entirely, you are eligible to pay the cancelation fee of £5. Please note if you are on a bundle pack, you will also lose a session from your total classes.

Can I take part in the classes if I am pregnant?

Please email info@miloandthebull.com if you are pregnant and wish to take part in a class so that we can advise accordingly.
