Our Charity Classes for 2023!

In January 2023 we proudly took our first steps towards setting up charity classes across our  three London based Milo and the Bull studios. Having always been a gym that has prized community and enjoyment over ego and aesthetics we felt supporting local charities was something we needed to do on a more permanent basis.

Community has always been at the pinnacle of our brand's values, which led us to set up charity classes that give back to the communities that have welcomed our studios across London.

Starting in January we partnered with the charity Ella’s, a charity based in London offering safe housing and sanctuary to female survivors of modern slavery and trafficking.

The classes hosted by our amazing trainers offer the women of Ella's a safe and private environment to train and enjoy each other's company. Each session focuses on movement, as well as mental stimulation to remind oneself of the mental benefits of exercise. Our partnership with Ella’s will continue to run throughout the spring and summer of 2023, in the hope of continuing the running of these classes later into the year.

Our second partner charity is local to our Peckham studio. In May we will be working with The Nest in partnership with Harris Academy to offer gym classes and strength training to young adults struggling with their mental health. These classes will offer students of Harris Academy between the ages of 16 and 18 an opportunity to learn more about strength training and the mental health benefits of exercise. In cooperation with the Nest, each of these sessions will run as a class followed by an open discussion on how exercise can make us feel.

We couldn’t be prouder to be able to facilitate activities and workshops for charities across South London.
