Reformer Athletic at Milo is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength while improving mobility, balance, and coordination—key components of a healthier, more resilient body. These 50-minute sessions are functional and holistic, combining varied spring tensions, more stability challenges and occasional cardio elements to push your performance to the next level.
Reformer Athletic is not suitable for complete beginners. Some familiarity and confidence using the Reformer is recommended before attending this class.
