Open Gym
A 45 minute period for you to come and use the facilities for yourself. Feel free to use all the equipment in the studio working from your own training plan or designing your own sessions.
Please note, all Unlimited Training Memberships automatically receive Unlimited Open Gym as part of their membership. Open Gym slots are dependent on availability.
