Camille Marek - Head Trainer Peckham

Meet Camille, our Canadian sweetheart. Camille joined Milo and the Bull in the summer of 2022. Not only is Camille an incredible coach, but she’s lead the way at our Peckham studio and has helped create an incredible community at our studios. Camille is also Pre-Post Natal qualified and leads our Strong Mum classes in Peckham.

Are you a fan of our Instagram? Well that’s all Camille too….she’s truly a ‘Jack of all Trades’

Darcie Webb - Peckham Reformer Lead

Meet Darcie! Personal Trainer, Coach and Yoga and Pilates Queen.

Darcie’s approach to coaching is well-rounded, friendly and progress-focused. She will help you improve your mobility, strength gains and endurance by focusing on nailing the basics. Her background in dance, yoga and mobility makes her an expert in movement.

Darcie leads all our Strong Mum Reformer Pilates Classes, guiding mums to a safe return to exercise post birth.

Darcie’s favourite class is CREW.

Adam Knowles - Head Trainer Clapham

Along with maple syrup and Milo trainer Camille, one of Britain’s best exports from Canada has to be Adam. Adam’s reputation in the fitness industry is second to none. Known for his sharp focus, endless expertise and driven nature it’s easy to see why Adam is an award-winning Personal Trainer.

Adam will help anyone make the most out of their workout. Looking for a trainer who will inspire you to reach your goals while having fun, Adam’s your man.

Darcey Ferguson - London Bridge Reformer Lead

Darcey joined the team in May 2025, having moved from Manchester to London. Since joining us she’s brought amazing energy and incredible classes to our London Bridge studio.

Darcey’s Reformer classes combine clear instruction with effective, deceptively challenging movements, all delivered with her signature upbeat energy.

Each session Darcey aims to build strength and improve mobility while helping clients move with more confidence.

Henry Morris - Head Trainer London Bridge

Meet Henry, the backbone of our London Bridge studio.

Henry’s lifting and coaching knowledge is second to none, and he has single handedly helped hundred’s of our members achieve things in our gyms that they never believed that they could do.

Always bringing a positive attitude to training, there’s never a day in our studio where Henry won’t make you leave smiling and feeling stronger.

Alex Quinn - Head of Reformer Pilates

Meet Alex, our Queen of Reformer Pilates.

Alex brings with her a wealth of knowledge to our Reformer Pilates programme. With years of expert training in her back pocket, she’s single handedly built out our Reformer Pilates programme to help clients become stronger, more mobile and more confident on the Reformer Bed.

Alex communicates with calm, confidence and reassurance, helping our clients become the strongest versions of themselves.
