We offer classes for every level, with a broad variety of approaches. Each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Book in online and please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, we have four waitlist spots available and we will let you know as soon as a place becomes available.
Rowing - Coar
This is our signature class: 45 minutes of competitive, high intensity interval training. We combine cardiovascular work on the rowing machine with intervals of strength training on the floor. This fast paced class is a true demonstration of just how effective rowing is for the body. Designed to build strength, stamina and resilience, with the focus of the workout changing daily - be sure to try it for yourself.
Rowing - Crew
This 45 minute class focuses on aligning your breath with movement. Get your heart pumping and row to the rhythm with your crew. When you switch to the floor, expect low impact exercises which blend flexibility, strength and control to give you the best of both worlds.
This high energy, intense conditioning session will see you spend less time on the rowing machine while still providing a fat burning combination of cardiovascular and strength work. This true full body workout will push you to the limits but enjoy the benefits.
Tuesday and Thursday morning classes are strength focussed.
Rowing - Regatta
This competitive workout will focus the mind and body. Get in your crew and go head to head. This class will combine rowing and strength intervals providing a fun, interactive and full on workout. There’s no I in TEAM!
Rowing - Family Crew
This 45 minute class is a mixture of rowing intervals with low impact exercises which challenge your strength, flexibility and control.
This class is designed so you can bring along your child which allows you to train in our child friendly space.
Yoga - Move
A Vinyasa style class. During Move, the breath is synchronized to the movement of the body to create a dynamic flowing practice. Creative sequencing based around sun salutations enable the body to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. It will leave you with a good workout whilst encouraging the body to move and breathe more freely. Suitable for all levels and we recommend this class to those who are new to yoga or who have not spent much time on the mat recently.
Yoga - Power
Power yoga is a more advanced vinyasa flow class which focuses on strength and more advanced asana. Classes are creatively designed to incorporate sun salutations, balancing poses, inversions, twists, hip openers and backbends but will always be presented in a way to make it accessible for all levels. Our amazing teachers will put their own empowering style and variations to give you a practice to build on each week.
Yoga - Rocket
Rocket Yoga has become a fun, free-flowing class. The class will have you moving, sweating, breathing and flowing interspersed with opportunities to try arm balances and inversions.
This fast paced class breaks all traditions with a perfect combination of tempo and sequence, the class will have you flying high but leave you grounded. This class is open to all levels however there will be some challenging and strong postures to create an advanced practice if desired.
Yoga - Restore
Restore is a slower paced style of yoga with poses usually held for between 3 and 5 minutes. The poses are held with the muscles fully relaxed to give a deep stretch and releases the connective tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia). Restore is the antidote to urban life and will cultivate a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses.
Based on Josef Pilates, original mat series of exercises, our Pilates class is a perfect blend of flexibility, strength and control. These low impact exercises emphasise alignment and core development. This will improve your posture, prevent injury and create a healthier and happier body.
Yoga - Pregnancy
Pregnancy yoga is an all round class for women during pregnancy and an ideal birth preparation programme. The 1 hour class covers different areas such as Spinal alignment, pelvic awareness and breathing/relaxation techniques.
A 1 hour period for you to come and use the facilities for yourself. Feel free to use all the equipment in the studio working from your own training plan or designing your own sessions.
