Module 8: Milo Events, Community & Trainer Progression

Practicing what you preach as a person and coach is a powerful way to inspire change in others, both personally and professionally. Of all the qualities we like our trainers to embody, “walking-the-walk” is one of our most valued and we believe this helps us continuously raise the standard of our team and members alike. As a Milo coach, the main ways you can do this is to join in on classes, show up to our team workouts, stay committed to your own fitness goals and to attend our studio social events. We take pride in knowing our coaches will continue to grow and develop outside of the studio, and our members look to you as an example.

Milo socials are organised regularly throughout the year and coach attendance to these events, whilst not mandatory, is crucial to fostering a supportive and progressive culture across all of our studios. It gives the members and other staff a chance to get to know you, and vice-versa, as well as giving you the chance to interact with other members of the team. Attendance to our socials will always reflect positively on your quarterly audit, and regardless, are always a good time!

As Milo and the Bull continues to grow and expand, there will inevitably be further opportunities down the line for full-time roles. Members of the team who demonstrate and embody our core values, prove themselves to be dependable, are passionate about fitness and have a desire to take on more responsibility will be in a natural position to take up a more senior role within the team, should they want it and match the appropriate criteria. If you are interested in full-time roles, please don’t hesitate to contact any of the leadership team.

Thank you and well done for completing your trainer onboarding! When all modules have been submitted and passed you will be able to move onto your final trainer audit after all mandatory shadows shifts have been completed.
