FAQs

First timers

We have three studios in South West London. Our Studio’s offer rowing and functional movement training, complete with cardio, strength and mobility.

All our classes are adaptable to all levels. We advise that those who haven’t spent much time on a rowing machine arrive 15 minutes before class so the instructor can demonstrate the correct technique. If you feel like you need some extra guidance then please feel free to ask any of our instructors.

Please note you will be refused entry to class if you arrive late.

What do I need to bring to a Milo class?

We advise members to wear suitable sportswear and trainers, bring a water bottle and arrive at least 5 minutes early to prepare for the class. All equipment is provided.

Do we have Showers?

Yes we do! We have showers, hair dryers, straighteners and lockers in the changing facilities at both our studios.

How far in advance can I book a class?

Classes open 14 days in advance, so you can pre-book into prime-time spots. Classpass users will be able to book in 7 days in advance.

What is the Milo and the Bull cancellation policy?

We operate a 10-hour cancellation policy. This policy is in respect of your fellow members. If you do not cancel your spot outside of this 10-hour window or miss the class entirely, you are eligible to pay the cancellation fee of £10. Please note if you are on a class pack, you will also lose a session from your total classes. If you are on a Waitlist and no longer plan to attend the class if you get a spot, you must also cancel your spot ahead of the 10-hour cancellation policy.

Can I pause my membership?

Please email info@miloandthebull.com if you wish to pause your membership. Members can pause their membership for a minimum period of 10 days and can only pause their membership twice each year up to four weeks in total. If you wish to pause your membership more than twice in one 12 month period or for more than 1 month then a £10 freeze fee will apply.

How does the Waitlist Work?

When a class is full you may have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. Waitlists for classes close 2 hours prior to the class start time which is in line with our cancellation window. If you do not wish to attend class and are on a waitlist you must cancel your spot prior to our 10 hour cancellation period otherwise you will be eligible to pay the late cancellation fee. When a client cancels their place in a class you will be automatically added from the waitlist to the class this will happen up until 2 hours prior to the class starting.

Can I take part in the classes if I am pregnant?

Please email info@miloandthebull.com if you are pregnant and wish to take part in a class so that we can advise accordingly.

How many Two Week Trials can I do?

It is only possible to purchase one trial per person. If you are seen to be using two ‘two week’ trials we will automatically cancel your second trial, merge your duplicate accounts and you will not be refunded.

How can I subscribe to emails and texts if I am already a member?

Keep up to date with your bookings and everything going on at Milo and the Bull by subscribing to our emails and texts. If you are already a member and would like to subscribe then follow these steps.

Can I bring my dog to Milo and the Bull?

We love dogs at Milo and the Bull and you will often see dogs at our studios. However, please be aware that we do have some rules in place.

1. Milo and the Bull is a dog-friendly business. No dogs or other pets are allowed in the training areas. This is any of the black rubber flooring, the sled track at London Bridge, and Studio 2 in Clapham.

3. Dogs must be on a lead, tied up, or contained (in a crate or bed) when they are on Milo and the Bull premises.

4. Whilst we love dogs, if dogs are not able to be left on their own quietly, without disturbing others, please leave them at home. If your dog is disturbing the class or other customers, then you may be asked to leave.

5. Please do not feed your dog at Milo and the Bull.
