Vinyasa Flow

During our Vinyasa Flow classes, the breath is synchronized to the movement of the body to create a dynamic flowing practice. Creative sequences based around sun salutations enable the body to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. It will leave you with a good workout whilst encouraging your body to move and breathe more freely. Suitable for all levels.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is our more advanced vinyasa flow class that focuses on strength and more advanced asana. Classes are creatively designed to incorporate sun salutations, balancing poses, inversions, twists, hip openers and backbends but will always be presented in a way to make it accessible for all levels.

Mobility

Maybe you’ve worked your body hard all week and want to give it a reset before starting all over again on Monday. Maybe you’re feeling a bit stiff and want loosen off. Maybe you just want to move while keeping the intensity low ahead of a chilled Sunday afternoon.

This 30 minute, Sunday morning mobility is your chance to touch all of these bases. We’ll start with dynamic movements to gently reset and restore before moving into longer hold stretches to release congested muscles.

Any level of mobility welcome, there are always options and variations available.
